Transaction
The transaction is a standard 0200 transaction message containing both the authorisation and settlement instructions. Acquirers will need to load keys on the Scan to Pay MRA HSM (Hardware Security Module).
In all cases, the authorisation from the Issuer is obtained either via an AMT (Authenticated Mobile transaction) or 3D-Secure
