Overview

The purpose of this document is to explain the Scan to Pay REST API for Secure MOTO and Face to Face channels that merchants/PSPs will use to create a Scan to Pay transaction. A notification will be sent from Scan to Pay once a transaction is complete and the merchant/PSP must acknowledge this notification.

This document will help to facilitate any static/printed code purchase and Bill Payment purchases, as well as management of codes that are used for purchases. This document also describes details to implement an app to app solution
