The Scan to Pay logo, acceptance marks, and how to request marketing collateral.

When you accept payments through Scan to Pay, your customers need to know — at the till, on the checkout page, in the app — that they're paying through a brand they recognise. This page is the source-of-truth reference for the Scan to Pay mark and how to use it.

The Scan to Pay logo

Scan to Pay

This is the canonical Scan to Pay acceptance mark. Use it wherever you indicate that Scan to Pay is an accepted payment method — POS signage, e-commerce checkout pages, payment-method pickers, in-app payment screens.

For high-resolution vector versions (SVG / EPS), light and dark variants, and the full brand kit, email [email protected] and request the Scan to Pay brand pack.

When to use the mark

Usage guidelines

  • Don't alter the mark. No recolouring, distorting, rotating, adding effects, or substituting fonts. Use the supplied files as-is.
  • Maintain clear space. Keep the equivalent of the logo's "S" character of clear space on every side. Don't crowd it with other logos, text, or imagery.
  • Minimum size. Don't render the logo smaller than 80px tall on screen, or 15mm tall in print. Below that, the mark loses legibility.
  • Co-branding. When displaying Scan to Pay alongside other payment-method logos (Visa, Mastercard, your acquiring bank), use marks of comparable visual weight — same height, consistent spacing.
  • Background contrast. Use the light-background variant on white or pale backgrounds, the dark-background variant on dark or photographic backgrounds. Don't place the mark on busy or low-contrast imagery.

What you should not do

  • Don't claim Scan to Pay endorsement, partnership, or certification beyond your actual integration scope
  • Don't use the logo as part of your own product name, app icon, or brand identity
  • Don't combine it with your own logo to form a composite mark
  • Don't use a logo retrieved from a third-party site — the file may be outdated or low-resolution. Request the brand pack from support.

Bank and acquirer co-branding

If you're an acquirer or wallet-issuing bank, you may have additional co-branding requirements driven by scheme rules (Mastercard, Visa, PASA) or by your participation agreement with Scan to Pay. Those requirements take precedence over this page — speak to your account manager for the specifics that apply to your contract.
